Shame on you. Brian Wilson is a courageous and creative, mature songwriter. He writes and sings about a real life with both ups and downs. What more do you want from a recording artist. He has offered his blood, sweat, and tears to all of his post-Beach Boys endeavors. Again, shame on you. You should be lucky such people exit and try to go on - could you be half the man Brian Wilson is if you went through his same life's heartbreaks and disappointments? Joe Abate

I couldn't agree with you more about Mr. Orkin's "review". This was not a review of a new Brian Wilson's album. This was a personal attack against a man who has given so many people on this planet the pleasure of his music. Orkin did not ctitique any of Mr. Wilson's songs. What he did was show his bias towards elderly people and those who suffer from mental disorders. For those of you who want to hear music that can take you away from your problems in life, get Brian's THAT LUCKY OLD SUN. It is a wonderful piece of work and just because Mr. Orkin finds himself witty with his insulting remarks, it wont stop Brian's fans from enjoying an unexpected release from a man who has overcome life's sorrows to give of himself once again.
